Linx Partners (Linx Fund III) completed a recapitalization of Transglobal Services, a Fort Worth-based provider of surveying, land acquisition, GIS, environmental permitting and right-of-way services to the energy pipeline infrastructure market. Founders John Ratliff and Jeff Colwell remain in their roles and retain significant ownership; Cadence Bank provided senior financing to support the transaction.

The founders and senior executives of both companies retained meaningful equity and continue in leadership roles while Ally Financial provided acquisition financing.

Gannett Fleming TranSystems has acquired Chicago-based architecture firm Muller & Muller Ltd. (M2), a team of about 65 professionals with offices in Chicago, Dallas, Seattle and Peoria. The deal, announced Dec. 3, 2024, adds architectural, planning and structural engineering expertise—particularly in transit and aviation—to Gannett Fleming TranSystems’ service offerings as a PE-backed platform.
