Pollen Street Capital Acquires Etops Group AG

Pollen Street Capital has signed definitive agreements to add Etops Group AG, a Swiss provider of the etopsOS wealth and asset management SaaS platform, to its Pollen Street-backed wealthtech group. Etops’ founder and key shareholders are reinvesting and joining the combined group’s leadership; the deal is an add-on to the consolidator created by Pollen Street in December 2023 and is expected to close in the coming weeks.
