Black Mountain Systems Acquires Mariana Systems

Black Mountain Systems, a San Diego-based portfolio and investment software provider, has acquired Chicago-based Mariana Systems, a cloud-based credit investment and portfolio management software firm. The acquisition will integrate Mariana's credit-focused front-office capabilities into Black Mountain's platform to strengthen its front-office offering and extend capabilities for asset managers, credit funds and banks.
