Chillz U.S., parent company of Linkstub, has acquired event‑technology company WYA to expand its event-management platform capabilities and accelerate growth in the U.S. event and campus market. WYA — founded in 2022 and known for ticketing, safety and communication tools used on college campuses — will be integrated into Chillz/Linkstub’s product suite to broaden reach and feature set.
