Volaris Group Acquires BiblioCommons

Volaris Group (an operating group of Constellation Software Inc.) has acquired BiblioCommons, a Toronto-based provider of online library experience and catalog software for public libraries. The deal will allow BiblioCommons to scale product development and operations with Volaris' vertical-market software expertise while founders transition out and a new general manager is installed.
