Volaris Group Acquires Technology Blueprint

Volaris Group Inc., an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., has acquired Technology Blueprint (TBL), the UK-based PropTech creator of the PropCo lettings and property management platform. The acquisition will add TBL's PropCo product to Volaris' portfolio and provide TBL with resources and stability under Volaris' buy-and-hold approach to grow the business.
