Parkland Fuel Corporation Acquires Kellerstrass Oil Company

Parkland Fuel Corporation, through its U.S. subsidiaries (Parkland USA), has entered into an agreement to acquire the entities and assets of Kellerstrass Oil Company, a regional retail dealer and commercial fuel business based in Salt Lake City with branches in Utah, Idaho and Wyoming. The acquisition — which includes storage assets, a 17-car rail spur, trucking/routing capabilities and an 84-location dealer business — is intended to strengthen Parkland's Rockies Regional Operating Center, support its North American diesel platform and deliver supply and logistical efficiencies.

Parkland Corporation Acquires Lynch Oil Assets in Idaho

Parkland Corporation, through its U.S. subsidiaries (Parkland USA), entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all assets of Lynch Oil and certain affiliates. The asset purchase adds over 180 million litres of annual fuel sales and multiple retail and supply assets in southern and central Idaho, strengthening Parkland's convenience retail network and regional supply position.

Sunoco LP Acquires Parkland Corporation

Sunoco LP, through its purchaser 2709716 Alberta ULC, completed the acquisition of Parkland Corporation on October 31, 2025. Parkland shareholders received a mix of cash and units in SunocoCorp (with aggregate consideration of approximately C$3.46 billion and 51,517,198 SunocoCorp units), and Parkland shares are being withdrawn from the Toronto Stock Exchange while SunocoCorp units will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

Park Place Technologies Acquires SDV Solutions

Park Place Technologies has acquired SDV Solutions, a Virginia-based, Service-Disabled Veteran–owned provider of data center hardware maintenance, managed services and professional services to U.S. Federal Government agencies. The founding owners Mike and Erin McMahan will remain involved to ensure continuity; Agile Equity provided exclusive investment banking services to SDV Solutions. The acquisition expands Park Place's federal capabilities and depth of security-cleared field engineers while leveraging Park Place's broader service and supply-chain platforms.

Sunbelt Solomon Acquires Valley Transformer, Inc.

Sunbelt Solomon Services has acquired Valley Transformer, Inc., a Pacific Northwest provider of transformer repair and refurbishment based in Otis Orchards, Washington. The deal expands Sunbelt Solomon's footprint and capabilities in the Pacific Northwest, giving Valley access to Sunbelt Solomon's inventory, purchasing power, and expanded field and rental services; terms were not disclosed. Valley's president and owner Kerry Riccardi will continue to lead the business as vice president and general manager.

Parkland Corporation Acquires Conrad & Bischoff Inc.

Parkland Corporation, through its U.S. subsidiaries (Parkland USA), has entered into an agreement to acquire Conrad & Bischoff Inc., establishing a fourth U.S. Regional Operating Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The acquisition adds 58 retail sites (19 company-owned), terminal storage capacity (~30 million litres), and approximately 700 million litres of annual fuel and petroleum product volume, expanding Parkland's supply optionality and presence across Idaho and western Wyoming with distribution reach into neighboring states.
