The acquisition brings Liquifi's token issuance and compliance capabilities into Coinbase's product suite (including Coinbase Prime) to support builders earlier in their lifecycle and provide a more integrated onchain issuance workflow.

Notion Acquires Skiff

TaxBit Acquires Digital-Asset Accounting Startup Tactic
