JAGGAER has acquired DocSkiff Inc., an AI-powered contract analysis platform, and will integrate it into the JAGGAER ONE Contracts+ solution as JAGGAER Contracts AI. The deal expands JAGGAER's contract lifecycle management and AI capabilities, enabling automated contract ingestion, review and analytics across its source-to-pay suite.

Notion Acquires Cron Calendar

Nintex Acquires Skuid
