HostPapa, a Canadian web hosting and cloud services provider, acquired the PacificHost brand and several supporting hosting brands (including Lunarpages, TheVine.net, Santa Barbara Web Hosting, and eSolutions.net) from Add2Net, Inc. The deal expands HostPapa's U.S. customer base and enables migration and infrastructure upgrades for the newly acquired customers.

Newfold Digital Acquires Deluxe's Australia Web Hosting Business (Hostopia Australia)

Newfold Digital, a PE-backed web and commerce technology company, agreed to acquire Deluxe Corporation's Australia web hosting business (Hostopia Australia), a platform that serves more than 50,000 small business customers and hosts 250,000 websites. The deal, announced March 8, 2022, expands Newfold's presence in Australia and was described as part of Deluxe's portfolio-refinement strategy.

Duett Software Group has acquired Danish cloud-based software company Skyhost ApS to expand its ERP product capabilities into resource planning, fleet management and adjacent verticals in Denmark and Scandinavia. The deal is the first acquisition by Duett since receiving a majority equity investment from Accel-KKR in December 2019; both companies will continue to operate under their existing brands and management teams.
