GoDaddy Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Pagely, a leader in Managed WordPress hosting. GoDaddy said it will leverage Pagely’s platform and cloud expertise to build a WooCommerce-focused SaaS offering while Pagely will continue to serve enterprise, public sector and media customers; terms were not disclosed.
