GoDaddy Acquires Pagely

Broadwing Capital Acquires CloudScale365

CloudScale365 is a Nashville-based provider of managed IT, cloud, hosting, and security solutions for small and medium-sized businesses; the founder will transition to a consulting role and Bret Kidd was named CEO as the company pursues expansion in AI, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.

One Equity Partners Acquires Liquid Web and Forms CloudOne Digital

One Equity Partners has completed the acquisition of Liquid Web, a managed cloud and hosting provider headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and has formed a new holding company called CloudOne Digital. The transaction creates a platform for consolidation across the cloud hosting sector, bringing Liquid Web’s brands and data center assets into an expanded offering focused on managed hosting, managed applications and commerce cloud solutions for SMBs and mid-market customers.
