Bernhard Capital Partners Acquires Duotech Services

Bernhard Capital Partners has agreed to acquire Duotech Services, a Franklin, North Carolina-based provider of repair, remanufacturing, and engineering solutions for radar and related systems, to expand its newly launched government services platform. Terms were not disclosed; Duotech will retain its headquarters and management team and will join Bernhard Capital's government services platform alongside the Federal & Defense business of VSE Corporation.

LBB Specialties Acquires Debro Inc.

Endries International Acquires ServTronics

Mettler-Toledo Acquires PendoTECH

Mettler-Toledo International Inc. completed the acquisition of PendoTECH, a Princeton, New Jersey–based maker of single-use sensors, transmitters, control systems and software for bioprocess measurement and monitoring. The transaction includes $185 million initial consideration plus up to $20 million in contingent payments and is intended to expand Mettler-Toledo's process-analytics and sensor offerings for the bioprocessing market and enable cross-selling and broader global reach.

The Middleby Corporation Acquires Deutsche Beverage Technology

The Middleby Corporation (NASDAQ: MIDD) has acquired Deutsche Beverage Technology, a Charlotte, North Carolina–based designer and manufacturer of beverage brewing and processing systems with approximately $40 million in annual revenue. Middleby said the acquisition complements its recent Ss Brewtech purchase and will accelerate product development while leveraging the sales capabilities of its beverage brands.

BJG Electronics Group Acquires Intro Corporation

BJG Electronics Group, a Rockwood portfolio company, has acquired Intro Corporation, a Melbourne, Florida-based supplier of electrical connectors and accessories to the commercial aviation, aerospace and telecommunications industries. The add-on acquisition expands BJG's mil-aero product offering and quick-turn MRO capabilities, creating additional cross-selling opportunities while allowing Intro to operate as a stand-alone business unit.
