Palladium Equity Partners, through its joint-venture affiliate Palladium Heritage, partnered with management to acquire and combine National Auto Parts, USA, Inc.; NAP San Diego, LLC; and National Auto Parts-Oakland, LLC into a new platform, Collision Auto Parts LLC. The combined business operates six distribution facilities across California and New Mexico, serving over 3,000 customers (regional body shops, MSOs and walk-ins) and will pursue further growth via new locations and add-on acquisitions.

Fenix Parts Acquires A&P Auto Parts and U-Pull U-Save Auto Parts

Fenix Parent LLC (operating as Fenix Parts), a Stellex Capital-sponsored automotive recycling and OEM parts reseller, completed the acquisition of the assets of A&P Auto Parts and U-Pull U-Save Auto Parts in central New York. The deal expands Fenix's Northeast footprint by adding both full-service and self-service auto recycling operations and represents a platform add-on for the Stellex-backed company.

One Equity Partners Acquires PGW Auto Glass from LKQ Corporation

One Equity Partners (OEP) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire PGW Auto Glass, the largest independent distributor of aftermarket auto glass in North America, from a subsidiary of LKQ Corporation. OEP will partner with PGW management, led by Todd Fencak as CEO, to establish PGW as an independent, standalone business and invest to accelerate growth across its distribution network of 113 facilities and ~900 employees.

Los Angeles-based private equity firm Pacific Avenue Capital Partners has acquired substantially all the assets of KiddeFenwal from Carrier Global Corporation after bankruptcy-court approval. The carve-out purchases the global fire suppression and safety controls manufacturer (headquartered in Ashland, Massachusetts) with the stated aim of stabilizing the business and investing to accelerate product innovation and global growth.

Fenix Parent LLC (operating as Fenix Parts) has completed the acquisition of the assets of Green Auto Parts & Recycling in Sun Valley, California, marking Fenix's first location in California and expanding its footprint to 26 full-service and 5 self-service locations. The company said the acquisition establishes a West Coast presence to better serve the Los Angeles market; Edgar Akopyan will join Fenix as Director of Business Development, Southern California. Fenix is backed by Stellex Capital Management.
