The transaction brings together RTS's Hawkeye DMS analytics and Certus's drill-pipe inspection, thread technologies and rental capabilities; Lime Rock Partners and Amberjack Capital Partners remain shareholders of the combined business.

CyberlinkASP Acquires Cosentus Technology Services (MSP Division)

CyberlinkASP has acquired the managed service provider (MSP) business of Cosentus Holdings (operating as Cosentus Technology Services), adding offices in Billings, Montana and Springfield, Missouri and expanding CyberlinkASP's managed IT and on-premise service capabilities across the central United States. Cosentus Holdings will focus on its core revenue cycle management and AI-powered practice management offerings; the deal is an add-on acquisition for CyberlinkASP, which is backed by Seaport Capital.
