CyberlinkASP Acquires Fresh Managed IT

The add-on expands Cyberlink's MSP footprint in the Southeast, brings Fresh IT's ~150 customers across healthcare, construction and restaurant markets, and strengthens regional capabilities in network management, cybersecurity and VoIP.

Cosentus Acquires Symed Corporation
