CyberlinkASP has acquired the managed service provider (MSP) business of Cosentus Holdings (operating as Cosentus Technology Services), adding offices in Billings, Montana and Springfield, Missouri and expanding CyberlinkASP's managed IT and on-premise service capabilities across the central United States. Cosentus Holdings will focus on its core revenue cycle management and AI-powered practice management offerings; the deal is an add-on acquisition for CyberlinkASP, which is backed by Seaport Capital.

Veritas Capital Acquires Coronis Health and MiraMed Global Services to Create Scaled RCM Platform

An affiliate of Veritas Capital acquired Coronis Health from 424 Capital and other minority shareholders and acquired MiraMed Global Services from the Mira family, combining the two companies into a single, scaled revenue cycle management (RCM) platform. The combined business, led by Coronis CEO Stephen Grubbs with MiraMed founder Tony Mira as Vice Chairman, will provide end-to-end, technology-enabled RCM solutions across multiple specialties and employ over 8,500 people globally.

National Medical Billing Services Acquires Medi-Corp, Inc.

National Medical Billing Services, a surgery-focused revenue cycle management (RCM) company backed by Aquiline Capital Partners, has acquired Medi-Corp, Inc., a Cranford, New Jersey-based RCM provider specializing in anesthesia, ASCs, and pain management. The add-on expands National Medical's anesthesia billing capabilities and marks the firm's third transaction since its January 2021 partnership with Aquiline.

Surgical Information Systems Acquires SourceMed

Surgical Information Systems (SIS) has acquired SourceMed, a provider of ambulatory surgery center (ASC) software and services, adding SourceMed's AdvantX, Vision and SurgiSource products plus advisory and revenue cycle capabilities to the SIS product suite. The combined organization will operate as Surgical Information Systems and aims to strengthen SIS's ability to serve hospitals, ASCs, and ASC management companies with expanded perioperative IT and revenue cycle offerings.

MTBC Acquires Meridian Medical Management

(Nasdaq: MTBC) completed the acquisition of Meridian Medical Management (Meridian Billing Management and affiliate Origin Healthcare Solutions) via a stock purchase agreement on June 16, 2020. Meridian — a former GE Healthcare IT business that provides RCM, EHR, RPA (Microbots) and cloud-based BI solutions to large physician groups and health systems and employing more than 200 people — will expand MTBC's technology, customer base and revenue expectations.
