An affiliate of Veritas Capital acquired Coronis Health from 424 Capital and other minority shareholders and acquired MiraMed Global Services from the Mira family, combining the two companies into a single, scaled revenue cycle management (RCM) platform. The combined business, led by Coronis CEO Stephen Grubbs with MiraMed founder Tony Mira as Vice Chairman, will provide end-to-end, technology-enabled RCM solutions across multiple specialties and employ over 8,500 people globally.
