PerkinElmer has acquired Project Farma, a life‑sciences technical operations consultancy and subsidiary of Precision for Medicine, to expand its OneSource professional services offering. The acquisition brings Project Farma’s engineering, commissioning/qualification, project management and GMP facility experience into PerkinElmer’s lab services portfolio; terms were not disclosed.
