Pexco LLC Acquires Enflo LLC

Pexco LLC, a North American specialty plastics extruder backed by Odyssey Investment Partners, has acquired Enflo LLC, a manufacturer of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) products based in Bristol, Connecticut (with a second facility in Grand Falls, New Brunswick). The acquisition expands Pexco's high-performance polymer capabilities and broadens Enflo's geographic and industry reach across end markets such as semiconductors, aerospace & defense, and industrial infrastructure.
