Volaris Group Acquires Majority of Nokia's IP Video Business (Velocix)

Volaris Group has completed the purchase of the majority of Nokia's IP Video business, creating a new independent streaming-technology company, Velocix. Nokia will remain a minority shareholder in Velocix, which will operate inside Volaris' Communications & Media portfolio; financial terms were not disclosed.
