LetterOne, via its new energy arm L1 New Energy, has made an equity investment in Plastic Energy to accelerate the chemical recycling company’s growth and global plant rollout. The funding will support expansion beyond Plastic Energy’s two operational plants in Spain — including a plant under construction in the Netherlands and developments in France — and helps explore a potential UK facility with Nestlé.
