D&S Car Wash Supply, a portfolio company of Lometa Capital Partners, has acquired Mid-States Car Wash Solutions, a long-running distributor and service provider headquartered in Scott City, Missouri. The acquisition extends D&S's Field Sales & Service territory in the Mid-South, adds installation, maintenance and chemical supply capabilities, and brings Mid-States owner Dave Bogenpohl into D&S as a Regional Business Development Manager.

D&S founders Jon Jansky and Jerry Canfield and two other partners sold the business but retain minority equity; Lometa intends to provide evergreen capital to accelerate product and market growth and expand operations under new leadership.

Lawson Products Acquires S&S Automotive

Lawson Products, the operating company of Distribution Solutions Group (DSG), has completed the acquisition of S&S Automotive, a Midwest-based automotive and industrial parts distributor headquartered in Woodridge, Illinois. The transaction — funded with DSG cash and its credit facility — will combine S&S with Lawson's Kent Automotive division to expand product offering, vendor-managed inventory (VMI) capabilities and geographic reach; S&S reported approximately $40 million in annual revenue and the deal is expected to be accretive to DSG's adjusted EPS and EBITDA margins.

SupplyCo Acquires Precision Abrasives and D&S Tool & Supply

The transactions broaden SupplyCo's line card across abrasives, cutting tools and metal-removal products and bring two regional distributors into the platform.
