Financial terms were not disclosed; the investment will support PhotoShelter's continued growth serving enterprises and creative professionals and accelerating platform development.

PhotoShelter Acquires Socialie

PhotoShelter, a PE-backed SaaS digital asset management provider, has acquired Socialie to expand real-time content distribution, automation and analytics capabilities. The deal—completed in partnership with PhotoShelter’s majority investor Clearhaven Partners—integrates Socialie's social channel distribution and Magic Tracking analytics into PhotoShelter's DAM platform to give brands greater control and insight over content sharing and performance.

TC Studios Acquires the shadowlight group, ltd.

TC Studios, LLC has acquired the shadowlight group, ltd., combining the two commercial photography and video studios into a larger creative studio with roughly 65 creative professionals and 135,000 sq. ft. of space (including a 10,000 sq. ft. sound stage). The combined company will operate from Shadowlight's Leola, Pennsylvania studio with Ted Clements as CEO while Shadowlight co-owners Phil and Kristen Hiestand will support the transition as they step toward retirement.

The Lighthouse management team, including founder Tim Michalski, will remain with Prime as the combined company looks to deepen vertical expertise and broaden application development and managed services capabilities.

3 Rivers Capital Acquires Interlight

Pittsburgh-based private equity firm 3 Rivers Capital has acquired Interlight, a family-owned online distributor of specialty and replacement light bulbs and batteries headquartered near Chicago. 3 Rivers Capital plans to partner with Interlight's existing management (the founder's three sons), install ecommerce veteran Jeffry Graham as CEO, and support growth through strategic and operational collaboration.
