Novanta Acquires ATI Industrial Automation

Novanta Inc. agreed to acquire ATI Industrial Automation for $172 million in upfront cash plus contingent payments and performance stock units; the deal was expected to close in Q3 2021. Reclamation Technologies USA, LLC (RTI), a joint venture of Heritage Environmental Services and Fielding Environmental, has acquired NoVent Refrigerant Services, Inc., an EPA-certified refrigerant service provider based in Tampa, Florida. The acquisition expands RTI's refrigerant recovery and reclamation footprint in the Southeast, particularly in the Florida market, and brings NoVent's local customer relationships and service capabilities into RTI's national platform.

Accenture Acquires ATI Solutions Group
