LDR Growth Partners (through Fund I LP and its parallel vehicle the American Manufacturing Fund) acquired ATI Corporation, a New Holland, Pennsylvania manufacturer of skid steer and track loader attachments, including the Level Best grading boxes. The transaction, completed October 17, 2023, transfers the family-owned business (founded 1978) to LDR to support leadership transition and scale operations.

ATI Restoration Acquires Venturi Restoration

ATI Restoration, a family-operated restoration contractor headquartered in Anaheim, California, has acquired Venturi Restoration, a multi-state provider of emergency response, property reconstruction and renovation services with 21 offices and nearly 400 employees. The acquisition expands ATI's presence into six new states and significantly increases its national footprint, with financial terms not disclosed.

LDR Partners Acquires Active Radiator and Forms Active Thermal Solutions Platform

LDR Partners LP acquired Active Radiator, a Philadelphia-based manufacturer, servicer and distributor of heavy-duty radiators and heat exchangers, in a transaction that closed July 3, 2025. LDR combined Active with Cincinnati Radiator and Ohio Heat Transfer under a unified platform, Active Thermal Solutions, to build the largest U.S. heavy manufacturing platform for aluminum industrial heat exchangers and expand aftermarket and OEM capabilities.
