Francisco Partners has agreed to partner with TA Associates to become co-controlling shareholders of Orisha, a Paris-headquartered European vertical software company. TA, the majority shareholder since 2021, will reinvest alongside Francisco Partners and Orisha management to support continued organic growth, geographic expansion and strategic acquisitions; the transaction is expected to close in Q4 2024 subject to regulatory approvals.

Volaris Group Acquires Orkis
