IQVentures Acquires The Aaron's Company

IQVentures Holdings, LLC has completed a take-private acquisition of The Aaron's Company, Inc. for approximately $504 million, paying $10.10 per share in cash. The transaction is supported by a $120 million senior secured revolving credit facility arranged by Second Avenue Capital Partners and Pathlight Capital to help finance the acquisition and position Aaron's to accelerate its omni-channel strategy and operational transformation.
