Broadtree Partners LLC acquired Seanair Machine Co. Inc., a family-run precision aerospace parts manufacturer based in Farmingdale, New York, in partnership with AE Industrial Partners Structured Solutions I, LP and with financing support from Live Oak Bank. The company's founders Laura and Thomas Nawrocki will remain as consultants while Avi Das was named CEO as Seanair is rebranded Seanair, LLC to support growth and further serve aerospace and defense customers.

Greenbriar said the investment will support Sunvair's organic growth and acquisition strategy to expand its engineered MRO capabilities across landing gear, avionics and accessory repairs.

Broadtree Partners, an operator-centric private equity firm, has acquired Sayres and Associates, a Washington, D.C.-based defense contractor providing acquisition, engineering, security and training support services to the U.S. Department of Defense. The deal is financed with senior debt from JPMorgan Chase and subordinated debt from Muzinich & Co.; Broadtree intends to use Sayres as a platform to build a larger government services provider and pursue add-on acquisitions.
