Carebook Technologies Acquires InfoTech Inc. (Wellness Checkpoint)

Carebook Technologies Inc. has closed its acquisition of InfoTech Inc., operator of the Wellness Checkpoint health risk assessment platform, in a transaction valued at C$14 million (C$9M cash and C$5M in Carebook shares). The acquisition adds a profitable, multilingual SaaS wellness platform serving ~1 million employees globally and is expected to be immediately accretive while expanding Carebook's capabilities and reach in the employer, pharmacy and insurer markets.
