An affiliate of Sun Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Exadel, Inc., a founder-owned global provider of digital software engineering and platform development services headquartered in Walnut Creek, California. Sun Capital said it will support Exadel’s growth as a technology platform, providing capital and operational expertise to pursue add-on acquisitions and expand delivery capabilities for enterprise clients.
