Naviam Acquires ZNAPZ and Sharptree to Expand Global Maximo Capabilities

Naviam has acquired Netherlands-based ZNAPZ and Seattle-based Sharptree to strengthen its global IBM Maximo enterprise asset management offerings, adding Maximo implementation, managed services, and mobile enablement capabilities. The deals expand Naviam’s presence across Europe and North America and integrate specialized expertise and products (including Sharptree's Opqo mobile solution) into Naviam's EAM portfolio.
