Ingenium's digital logging will be integrated into NAVTOR's e-Navigation and performance suite to digitize vessel logs, improve regulatory compliance and enable real-time data sharing between ships and shore. The deal is an add-on acquisition that expands NAVTOR's product capabilities in smart shipping.
