PACS Group Acquires Operations of Eight Skilled Nursing Facilities in Pennsylvania

(PACS) announced that its independently operated subsidiaries have acquired the operations of eight skilled nursing facilities in western Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh, Bedford, Bethel Park, Monroeville and McMurray), totaling 1,199 skilled nursing beds. Four of the facilities are being leased from an affiliate of CareTrust REIT and PACS subsidiaries acquired the real estate for the remaining four; the deal expands PACS into its 17th state.

Physical Rehabilitation Network Acquires Albany Physical Therapy

Priority Health Acquires Physicians Health Plan of Northern Indiana

The transaction, announced in June 2024 and completed December 1, 2024, expands Priority Health's footprint into northern Indiana and Ohio while providing financial proceeds to support the PHP Foundation.

Phreesia Acquires Insignia Health
