Priority Health, a Michigan-based health plan, has acquired Physicians Health Plan of Northern Indiana (PHPNI), a Fort Wayne-based commercial health plan serving about 50–52,000 members across Indiana and Ohio. The transaction, announced in June 2024 and completed December 1, 2024, expands Priority Health's footprint into northern Indiana and Ohio while providing financial proceeds to support the PHP Foundation.
