ABC Financial, a Thoma Bravo-backed provider of fitness club management software, has acquired Vancouver-based Trainerize, a mobile-first SaaS platform for personal trainers and member engagement. The acquisition will integrate Trainerize as an add-on module (“Trainerize powered by ABC”) to extend ABC’s total fitness offering, expand digital capabilities and broaden reach to trainers, clubs and members worldwide.
