Sampler Acquires abeo to Expand Its Beauty Portfolio

Sampler, a Toronto-based omnichannel product sampling platform, has acquired abeo, a digital sampling agency focused on the beauty industry that was founded by Arcade Beauty. As part of the transaction Arcade Beauty will receive a minority stake in Sampler and the abeo team will join Sampler to deepen its beauty capabilities and accelerate expansion into Europe and the United States.

Accel Entertainment Acquires Tom's Amusement Company, Inc.

Accel Entertainment, Inc. has agreed to acquire Tom's Amusement Company, Inc., a Georgia-based coin-operated amusement machine (COAM) master licensee, expanding Accel's operations into the Southeastern United States. The deal adds 11 Georgia COAM Class B locations (65 terminals) to Accel's portfolio and is expected to close pending regulatory approvals from the Georgia Lottery Corporation.
