GuidePoint Security, a cybersecurity solutions leader based in Herndon, Virginia, closed a growth capital round led by ABS Capital Partners to accelerate organic growth and geographic expansion. As part of the transaction, ABS Capital partner Michael Avon joined GuidePoint's board and GuidePoint appointed Michael Annessa as CFO; AGC and DLA Piper served as advisors.
