ACA Group Acquires Catelas

ACA Group has acquired Catelas, a machine-learning based electronic communications (eComms) surveillance and investigations platform, to expand the capabilities of its ComplianceAlpha regulatory technology suite. The transaction integrates Catelas' eComms analytics and group-mapping technology into ACA's holistic GRC platform to give financial services firms a single view of trading and communications surveillance risks.
