Teamcore, a Chilean retail execution technology platform backed by Accel-KKR, has acquired Colombian business intelligence provider Grupo BIT to expand its analytics and retail-tech offering into traditional retail channels and strengthen its footprint in Colombia. The acquisition is an add-on to Teamcore's platform strategy, complementing prior regional deals and enabling unified visibility across modern and traditional channels for CPG customers across Latin America.
