Accelo, a Denver-based cloud Professional Services Automation (PSA) provider, has acquired UK-based Forecast, an AI-powered project and resource management SaaS platform. The deal expands Accelo’s AI-driven planning and resource-optimization capabilities and strengthens its presence in the UK and European markets, backed by growth capital from Bow River Capital and support from Level Equity.
