The transaction is expected to close on 30 September 2025 and is intended to significantly expand Acuity’s Data and Technology Services (DTS) division with technology and AI-led advisory capabilities.

The ~210-person business will join Accenture LearnVantage to bolster the unit's upskilling, bootcamp and certification capabilities for enterprises, governments and academic partners.
