Accenture Acquires Cientra to Expand Silicon Design Capabilities

Accenture has acquired Cientra, a New Jersey–based silicon design and engineering services firm, to strengthen Accenture's silicon design and engineering capabilities. The acquisition brings roughly 530 engineers and expands Accenture's capacity in embedded IoT, ASIC/SoC design and verification across automotive, telecommunications and high‑tech end markets; terms were not disclosed.
