Accenture Acquires Faculty to Expand Applied AI Capabilities

Accenture completed its acquisition of Faculty, a UK-based AI-native services and products company focused on safe, secure, and scalable applied AI solutions. The deal brings more than 400 AI professionals and Faculty’s decision intelligence platform, Frontier, into Accenture’s portfolio to help clients redesign business processes with AI. Faculty CEO and co-founder Dr. Marc Warner joined Accenture’s Global Management Committee and took on an expanded role as chief technology officer following closing.
