Accenture Agrees to Acquire Blue Horseshoe

Accenture agreed to buy Blue Horseshoe, a supply chain management and strategy consulting firm and systems integrator specializing in fulfillment and distribution solutions. The deal terms were not disclosed, and the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions. Blue Horseshoe’s 349-person team will join Accenture’s Supply Chain & Operations group, expanding its capabilities in supply chain strategy and execution.
