Achieve Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, has acquired the Digital Education division of Wise Music Group, including MusicFirst, Charanga, Rising Software (Auralia & Musition), Focus on Sound, and O-Generator. The deal transfers Wise Music Group’s suite of music education platforms to Achieve as the firm seeks to build a comprehensive performing and visual arts education software platform.
