Acora Group Acquires M9 Limited

Acora Group, backed by Palatine Private Equity, has acquired London-based IT services provider M9 Limited. The bolt-on purchase — Acora's third since Palatine's 2020 investment — brings over 40 staff, an offshore team in Kuala Lumpur and nearly 100 long-term contracted customers, strengthening Acora's managed services capabilities and geographic coverage.
