Adelis Equity Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Avidly

Adelis Equity Partners has become the majority shareholder in Avidly following a successful recommended public cash tender offer that closed in September 2022 (98% acceptance after a subsequent offer period). Avidly, a Helsinki-headquartered marketing-technology (MarTech) service provider and leading HubSpot partner with ~280 employees across 18 locations, will be supported by Adelis to accelerate organic growth and pursue strategic acquisitions across regions.
