Adelis Equity Partners Forms Cedra Norway via Acquisition of Deloitte Norway’s SMB Audit and Advisory Business

Adelis Equity Partners is carving out Deloitte Norway’s SMB audit and advisory business and forming a new standalone platform entity, Cedra Norway, in partnership with former Deloitte partners. The carve-out is expected to close in December 2025, subject to regulatory approvals, with Cedra Norway projected to have NOK 500m in revenues and over 300 professionals across 13 locations.
