Vista Equity Partners acquired Adirondack Solutions and the company will join StarRez (a Vista-backed student housing software platform) to expand product offerings and scale in the higher-education/student housing market. The deal closes StarRez's strategic investment from Vista and combines Adirondack's customer base and products with StarRez's platform to accelerate growth in proptech/edtech and PBSA markets.
