ADL Final Mile Acquires Sonic Transportation & Logistics

RD Last Mile Holdings, LLC (operating as ADL Final Mile) has acquired the assets of Sonic Systems, Inc. (d/b/a Sonic Transportation & Logistics), a Florida-based final mile and customized logistics provider. The deal is an add-on to ADL Final Mile’s platform—backed by Red Dog Equity with financing support from Monroe Capital and The Pritzker Organization—and is intended to accelerate the platform’s expansion in Florida and the broader Southeast.
