ADP has acquired WorkForce Software, a workforce management solutions provider headquartered in Michigan, to expand ADP’s global workforce management capabilities and accelerate innovation for large, global enterprise clients. WorkForce Software’s time & attendance, scheduling, forecasting, and leave-management capabilities will be integrated into ADP’s suite to broaden offerings for ADP’s more than one million clients worldwide.
